Dhruv brings a unique perspective to the world of last-mile operations. With a background in mechanical engineering, he had no experience in operations or logistics before joining Amazon. His journey began as an intern in Birmingham. Over time, he seized opportunities across different countries, embracing diverse roles and challenges, and eventually found himself drawn to logistics and operations. These days, together with his team, Dhruv is dedicated to ensuring joyful deliveries and bringing smiles to customers’ faces.

He says that Amazon's philosophy of fostering an ownership-led mindset, quick decision-making, and a bias for action has resonated strongly with him, and his story is testament to our belief in empowering employees to shape their own careers and take charge of their growth.

Faezin takes pride in his role as a picker. He’s on the autism spectrum and joined Amazon through an opportunity that encourages and supports people with disabilities. With the help of his job coach and teammates, he quickly adapted to the fast-paced environment and now enjoys picking orders for customers, including through busy peaks like Prime Day.

We’re so proud of Faezin, who personifies Amazon’s leadership principle of insisting on the highest standards by ensuring customer satisfaction with every order he picks. Hector, Amazon Flex Delivery Partner

Hector is part of Amazon Flex, a program that allows individuals to use their own vehicles to deliver packages to Amazon customers, and choose their own flexible working hours.

He decided to join the program after the café he was working at closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In doing so, Hector discovered an opportunity to work on his own terms, where he’s able to spend time with his family and draw additional income to support his goals.
